IWR Planning Suite Development TeamIWR Planning Suite is being developed within the US Army Corps of Engineers' Investment and Management Decision Making Research Program, conducted by the Corps' Institute for Water Resources (IWR). Darrell Nolton directs the research program. Bob Pietrowsky is the Director of the Institute for Water Resources. The Headquarters program monitor for the research program is Harry Kitch of the Planning Division. The Headquarters program advisor for IWR Planning Suite is Lillian Almodovar of the Planning Division. Leigh Skaggs of IWR manages IWR Planning Suite development. IWR Planning Suite is being developed in partnership with the Natural Resources Conservation Service. Kevin Boyle of the NRCS Social Sciences Institute coordinates the Service's involvement. Software engineering services are being provided by Camp, Dresser, McKee (CDM), under contract with IWR. The IWR Planning Suite development team consists of members from the Federal government, the private sector, and academia. The development team can be broken into three main categories: planning, software engineering, and testing/review. Members of the IWR Planning Suite development team are listed below:
