PMCL has organized its staff into six interrelated divisions or programs. This structure provides for assignment of contract management and responsibilities within the company personnel pool. Many projects are completed solely within one of the six PMCL divisions. However, many of our projects require expertise from multiple programs at PMCL. It is our policy to bring the best expertise available to satisfy the needs of our projects. The six divisions are described below. You can also get a complete qualifications packet for each division in PDF format by clicking on the division name.
