PMCL has organized its staff into six interrelated divisions or programs.
This structure provides for assignment of contract management and responsibilities
within the company personnel pool. Many projects are completed solely
within one of the six PMCL divisions. However, many of our projects require
expertise from multiple programs at PMCL. It is our policy to bring the
best expertise available to satisfy the needs of our projects. The six
divisions are described below. You can also get a complete qualifications
packet for each division in PDF format by clicking on the division name.
Integrated Water Demand and Supply Planning (IRP)
PMCL's IRP division develops and utilizes state-of-the-art approaches
and procedures for water demand forecasting, water conservation program
planning and evaluation, and drought contingency planning; specializes
in analyzing public utility pricing policies; conducts procedural and
conceptual, software training and workshops. IRP works with water agencies
to develop integrated water supply and water demand management alternatives
including, benefit-cost analysis of competing alternatives and development
of long- and short-term water management plans. Key points of contact
for IRP support are Jack C. Kiefer,
Eva M. Opitz, and William
Y. Davis.
